Please keep in mind that if one key is lost or stolen, the box must be surrendered. We do apologize as duplication of keys is not permitted.
Also, there is a fee for the lost key to the Safe Deposit Box. Please note; fees are subject to change. To better assist you, we recommend contacting the TD Bank Store immediately where the Safe Deposit Box is located to find out the current charge for the lost key and the necessary steps you'll need to take in order to protect the contents in your Safe Deposit Box.
