Welcome to TD Helps, Sam. We'd be happy to help you with your savings account.
We are happy to inform you that you can use TD Mobile App to make check deposits into your Savings Account. To use this feature, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking via www.tdbank.com. If you have not enrolled, you can begin the enrollment process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/VISA Debit Card number, your Social Security number and you email address. During the enrollment process for Online Banking, you will create a username and password that is also used for the Mobile Banking Application.
If you do not have your account number or debit card or if you have trouble enrolling in Online Banking, we recommend contacting us directly. You may do so by calling us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 and speaking with our Digital Banking Specialists or you may visit a TD Store in your area for help. For Store lobby hours and locations please visit here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you've created your online account, you can now download the Mobile Banking Application by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The username and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same you've created for Online Banking. Please note that the Application is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry devices at this time. If you'd like to take a look at more Mobile Banking information, we invite you to take a look at our FAQ page found here: http://bit.ly/1t2rx4L. Again, if you have any issues enrolling please contact our Digital Banking Specialists.
Please note, you must be TD Customer for at least 90 days or longer with an active checking, savings or money market account
We hope this helps, Sam and have a great day.
