Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Linda. We'd be happy to review direct deposits.
The direct deposit authorization form that you have printed at a TD Store or from our web page allows you to schedule your direct deposit to a single account. Typically, a direct deposit that is split to two or more accounts is handled by your employer. We recommend contacting them to see if they have any further instructions for you.
If they do not have a way in which you may split your deposits, Online Banking gives you the option to create automatic transfers that can go to and from your accounts. In order to use our automatic transfer service, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and you may do so anytime here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that in order to complete the enrollment, you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address. Once you are successfully enrolled or you have logged in here, http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you may start scheduling your transfers by selecting the "Transfers" tab.
You will then be asked to select which account the funds will come from, the amount of the transfer and which account you'll be transferring to. After you've filled in those three pieces of information, you will then select "Schedule Transfer." Once selected, Online Banking will ask you to select a date in which you'd like the transfer to begin, the frequency of the transfer and if/when you'd like the transfer to end. After selecting "Continue" at the bottom of the page, you will be asked to confirm your transfer to complete the scheduling process!
If you have any trouble signing up for Online Banking or scheduling the transfers, we recommend contacting us directly. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 and speaking to our Digital Banking Specialists or you may visit any TD Store during lobby hours. For hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores .
We hope this helps, Linda and have a good day!
