Typically, savings account statements are mailed to our customers quarterly if no activity has occurred on the account. We recommend connecting with one of our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 to find out the specific reason why your statements are not being mailed at this time. Hi, I urgently need a statement for a specific month, not quarterly. any way to do a special request like this? this is really urgent for me.

Good afternoon, Carlos and it's great to have you come to TD Helps today.
We apologize; however, we're unable to make changes to statements which were already generated. You do have the option of visiting your local TD Bank Store and a Representative will be able to print out your needed statement. Please understand, currently, Savings accounts have quarterly statements (monthly if electronic activity takes place or if in combined statement). You also have the option of calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to request a statement. Upon account verification, we'd be happy to help.
