Hi Amir! Thanks for visiting us today. Great question!
While we hate to see you go, we understand and would be glad to provide you with instructions. If you'd like to close out your secured credit card with TD Bank, just give our Credit Card Customer Service Team a call at 888-561-8861. We have representatives available 24/7 who would be happy to assist you.
You'll want to advise the representative you speak with that you wish to use your collateral savings to pay off the balance. The credit card will be closed on the spot. It will take some time to credit the account with the funds from your collateral savings account. For this reason, we ask that you visit a local TD Bank Store 7-10 days from closing the account to pick up the remaining balance owed to you.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call at the number above or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you have a great weekend, Amir!
