Welcome and thank you for considering TD Bank for your business, Douglas.
Before we begin, we'd like to inform you that here at TD Bank, we offer several types of Business Checking Accounts and would like to share them with you. To view the different types of Business Checking Accounts that we offer, visit: http://bit.ly/1uCacgJ . We also recommend visiting our web page as it can make a selection based on your business needs with the Business Checking Selector tool: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw. If you need assistance while reviewing these options, a Business Banking Specialist would be a happy to help via telephone at 855-278-8988. You may also request a call from a Small Business Banking Specialist. Click here: http://bit.ly/K9iZ78.
Once you've decided on the best account for you, we are happy to say, you may open your business account at any TD Bank location, even if it is registered in Georgia. For information on our TD Store hours and locations please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you are concerned about the time frame to open the account, you also have the option to contact one of our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 24/7 to schedule an appointment and avoid a waiting line.
When visiting a Store and if your business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process. All signers of the account will need the following documents: a valid photo I. D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc) and their Social Security number. If any of the signers are non-residents of the US, they would need two valid forms of I.D. and a W-8Ben form. You will also need to bring the Tax Identification Number for the business, legal name, and physical address (current address, which you may change at any time at any TD Bank Store).
Since you have an LLC company, there are some additional documents you will need to bring with you. One of the listed documents that are required for an account opening but you can bring more than one if you desire: The documents used to form and register your business, the fictitious name registration or the Operating Agreement. Additionally, you will also need to bring documentation of your LLC Resolution.
We look forward to your visit, Douglas and thanks for writing to us via TD Helps.
