I have a charge on my account for XXXX and it says it was from XXXX but we didn't charge anything like that this weekend. Where is this charge from?

We're so sorry to hear that you may have a suspicious transaction on your account, and so that we can properly assist you, we ask that you connect with us directly. Please understand that TD Helps is not considered a secure forum of contact, and because of this, we do not have access to your account or personal information.
There are a couple ways in which you may connect with a Specialist. The first is to dial 1-888-751-9000, and once on the phone, a Banking Specialist will be happy to help, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also, as always, visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
