Hey Ankur, we truly appreciate you opening another account with us and thank you for choosing TD for your family's banking needs.
Since your wife is now a TD Bank Customer, she may certainly enroll in Online Banking to gain access to her own Online Banking profile! If your wife has an ATM/Debit Card and U.S. Social Security number she may fill out the online application to access her personal account from here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once there, she will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. That will bring her to the 3 steps needed to complete the enrollment process. First, she'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask her to enter in her personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, she will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, your wife will have immediate access to her account(s) online with her own unique username and password.
If she does not have all the required information listed above, it doesn't mean that she is unable to enroll! She can contact us directly to enroll in Online Banking by calling our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 or visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To check out our hours and locations of TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. Whichever she chooses, our Representatives will be happy to assist her with her Online Banking enrollment request upon proper account verification.
Thanks again for reaching out to us, Ankur. We hope to hear from you soon!
