As you mentioned that you haven't used your account in a year, it is possible that it may have been closed if the account was overdrawn. To best assist you we ask that you contact our Recovery department at 800-742-2651. Our Recovery Specialists are available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM.
