Thank you for dropping by TD Helps today, Angela.
Here at TD, we do have the Medallion Signature Guarantee available for our customers only at our Store locations, free of charge! To find a nearby TD Bank Store we suggest viewing: http://bit.ly/TDStores for more information. We suggest calling the Store in advance to confirm that the particular location is certified to provide you with a Medallion Signature Guarantee during lobby hours. You may also confirm with them directly the type of documents you will need to bring to fulfill your request.
If your boyfriend is interested in opening an account with us he can take a look at our many different types of Checking accounts here: http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a checking account that is the best fit you. At TD Bank, we also offer Savings Account for all of your saving needs! We recommend taking a look at http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9 for more detailed information on each particular Savings Account available at TD Bank. There are several ways to open an account with us: online, over the phone, or in person. Once he has decided on which account is best for him, he can open the account via the internet by clicking on the "Open Account" box which will be listed at the bottom of each account details. To get started, he'll need the following: Social Security number and ID (driver's license, State ID, or Passport). To make a first deposit online, he may use a debit card linked to an account from another financial institution, a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or he can stop by a local TD Store to make a deposit. Check http://bit.ly/TDStores for and locations near you. If he prefers to open it over the phone, please call Customer Service at 1-888-751-9000, available 24/7, and we will be happy to help you open the account. Once the account is opened, he will have 30 business days to make his first deposit.
We hope the information provided helps. Let us know if you have any further questions, Angela. Have a great day!
