Hey, Mathews, welcome to TD Helps. We would be happy to help provide steps on how to update your address via your Online Banking.
You must first log in to Online Banking. You can do so by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then you would click on the Customer Service tab. Under Self Service, select Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address. You will then be asked to select the accounts that you'd like to change the address for. After you enter the information and select Submit, a confirmation screen will appear that shows the changes that will be made on the following business day.
Please note: to change your address online, you must be enrolled for Online Banking for 30 days and your account must be opened for 30 days.
If you do not meet the qualifications to update your address online, that is okay! There are options such as calling us directly at (888-751-9000), available 24/7, for help or visit your nearest TD Store.
