We're sorry to hear that you have not received a replacement Credit Card, Adonica. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
We recommend speaking to our Credit Card Specialists who are available 24/7. You may reach them by dialing 888-561-8861. Once speaking with a Representative, they will be happy to assist you in ordering a replacement card.
If you prefer to speak with a Representative in person, feel free to visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at our Store locations and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note that your replacement Credit Card will be sent to the address we have on file for you and can take up to 7-10 business days based on your post office.
