Hi Brenda, thanks for submitting your inquiry today.
When you have a TD Savings account, you are able to obtain an ATM only card, as opposed to a TD debit card. An ATM card can be used to make withdraws at any ATM however; is not able to be used for purchases. In order to be able to make purchases with your card, it would be required to have a TD debit card which will have the Visa logo on it. Please note that the debit card is only able to be attached to a Checking or Money Market account. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
If you have any additional questions feel free to contact us at 888-751-9000 or visit us at any TD location. For a listing of our Store and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Have a great evening, Brenda and take care.
