Thanks for connecting with us through TD Helps, Glenn. It'll be our pleasure to help you check your account using Online Banking.
You'll be happy to know that signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and a US Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card or Social Security number, no worries, please contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 who can enroll you over the phone, or feel free to visit your local TD Bank store. You'll find a list of our stores conveniently at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can also use your mobile phone to access your account information and make deposits. To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. If your account has been open for 90 days or more and you would like to begin using the Mobile Deposit feature, please see the above link for video demonstration of this service. And for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit, see: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
Additionally, we're also able to assist if you have a business account and would like to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect. If you have your business TD Bank ATM/Debit card, please follow the enrollment link above, choose Business from the drop down box and click on Continue. Please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, your business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and password. For any assistance you may need with enrollment, feel free to stop in at any TD Bank Store. Once enrolled, you can call a Tech Support Specialist 24/7 at 800-493-7562 using Option 2 for support.
We hope this helps with your online access, Glenn! If you have additional questions, we welcome your reply. Thanks again and have a great one!
