When I try to enroll my account online I get the following message:
We're sorry, you are not eligible for these services.
Currently you do not appear to have an account type that can be used with Person-to-Person Payments and External Transfer services.
The best way to enjoy this service is to sign up for one of our personal checking accounts, via the button below.
(If you prefer to use the service with a new savings or money market account, call 800-493-7562 and we will help you choose an account type that is eligible for this service.)

At this time, only Personal Checking Accounts that are open for 30 days or more are eligible for Person-To-Person transfers. The additional requirements for Person-to-Person transfers are having a U.S. address, a unique U.S. phone number, a Social Security Number, and a valid unique email address. If you don't have those requirements, we recommend contacting our 24/7 Digital Banking Team at 800-493-7562 as one of our Specialists can assist you.
