Good morning, Henry and Margaret! We appreciate your interest in using our free online banking service and it's our pleasure to help you with it.
You'll be glad to hear that signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. If you have a TD Bank ATM or Debit Card and a US Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose "Personal" from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card or Social Security number, no need to worry. You're welcome to contact a Banking Specialist anytime it's convenient 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can enroll you over the phone. Or, you can stop in at your local TD Bank store. Please find a list of our stores nearest for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please keep in mind that each person listed on an account has the ability to create their own online banking account, and for security purposes, we recommend using only the online account with your name listed.
You might be interested to know that once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can use your mobile phone to access your account information and also make deposits! To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. If your account has been open for 90 days or more and you would like to begin using the Mobile Deposit feature, please see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
We hope you'll both enjoy using our online feature, Henry and Margaret, and we welcome you again if you have additional questions. Take care.
