Good question, Amelia. We appreciate you coming to TD Helps for assistance.
If your TD Simple Checking account is also a personal account, and you are already viewing this account via online banking, your new accounts should be viewable online along with your existing account within 24 business hours from the account opening date.
If the sufficient time has passed and you're still unable to view your new accounts via your Online Banking profile, we ask you please contact us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to add your new accounts to your existing Online Banking immediately.
If you're currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may also send a Secure Message via your online banking profile to have your new Checking and Savings accounts added. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If your existing TD Simple Checking account is a Small Business account, you may start your personal account online banking enrollment request here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, if you need assistance with this request, you may contact us at the same telephone number listed above.
