I am already here in the Philippines. How could I close my account there and if you can transfer it in my bank account here in my country the Philippines. I was in the USA as a foreign student.

If your account is currently at a zero balance, you may contact us directly from outside the U.S. by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a land line telephone. After account verification, our Banking Specialists would be more than happy to help. You can also send a Secure Message after logging in to your TD Bank online account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If your account has remaining funds, an easy way to close the account is via mailed written request. You may request to close your account and have any available money in your account be sent to you by check. You can mail a request with the following instructions:
▪Your account number(s)
▪Your request to close the account(s)
▪Your current address
For your security, please have the letter notarized. It can then be mailed to:
TD Bank, N.A Your Home Store's Address Your Home Store telephone Number

If you feel as though your account may be overdrawn, we ask that you contact us using the numbers mentioned above.
