Welcome to TD Helps, Jerry.
As a Customer or non-Customer with us, you are more than welcome to request a Cash Advance at any TD Bank location using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, H & R Block Tax Refund Card or a Prepaid Card up to $5000 per card/per day. Please note that your physical card must be present to process a cash advance.
Just in case, please keep in mind that we do not accept American Express Cards in our Stores for over-the-counter Cash Advances; however, if you're an American Express cardholder with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) you can access our ATMs with your card present.
Please check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a local TD Bank store nearby to make a cash advance during lobby hours.
If you want to make a cash advance on a TD Credit Card, we do recommend reviewing your credit card terms to be aware of any limits, fees or higher rates which may apply for this service. A Representative can be reached 24/7 at 888-561-8861. And please see http://bit.ly/1klVfbF for a copy of the Personal Credit Card Agreement, or http://bit.ly/YX21jJ for a copy of the TD Easy Rewards Secured Credit Card Agreement, depending on your card. If you would like to get your specific card agreement, you can register your credit card within http://bit.ly/1lVKil9, or call a Representative as above, to request a copy.
TD Bank Customers can use TD Debit Card to obtain Cash Advances at any participating location up to certain amount per card per day. Currently, there is no charge for this service if it is requested at a TD Bank Store location. If it is requested at another financial institution, you may be charged a fee by them. Please also know that the cash advance amount will be immediately deducted from TD Customer’s primary Checking account.
Please ensure you have the physical card present to process the cash advance. Additionally, there are pre-set daily limits when it comes to Cash Advances. For more details, please check out: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ, please see pages 43 and 44.
Thanks for reaching out, Jerry and take care.
