I have two homes and am currently taking medical treatment at my home in Missouri. I have a TD account called re.novate that was setup for interest free payments on a mattress that I purchased. When I tried to login to the myonlineaccount.net
site it would not accept the account number on my statement. I do not want to miss a statement and end up paying interest.

For assistance with your Renovate card and updating your address for that account, you can contact a TD Retail Card Services Specialist directly at 800-252-2551. Please note that this card is offered via TD Retail Card Services, a division of TD Bank. They will be more than glad to assist you with your online account as well, and are available 9:00 am through 9:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
