I just need to know what information I have to give my tenant so he pays the rent directly to me every month. I am already set up for the send money feature. Do I give him my e-mail address?

This is a great question.
Currently, TD Bank does offer a person to person transfer service, called Send Money, that allows for funds to be sent and requested from anyone in the United States, regardless of their banking institution! While most banking institutions have their own person to person transfer feature, most use the Zelle network. As you mentioned that you have already registered with TD Bank's Send Money, you should be registered with Zelle, and will be able to successfully receive transfers from anyone, including your tenant.
Here at TD Bank, in order to transfer funds using the Send Money feature, you will need either your payee's phone number, email address, or their account and routing number. If your tenant does not have a TD Bank account, and is looking to transfer funds to you from their financial institution, we recommend having them reach out to a Specialists from their bank directly to confirm what information you may need to provide.
