I have a user name and a temporary password. What do i do now please?

Welcome to TD Helps. We'll be sure to guide you through the online banking process.
Since you mentioned you have a username and temporary password, you would simply enter in this information by visiting: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once this information is entered in, you will then have to create a permanent password. After you create a permanent password, you will be required chose three security questions, including an answer.
A few tips to consider that may help you with remembering your security questions include:
-Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question.
-Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like 'LBI.' instead of 'Long Beach Island'.
-Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive, so you only have to remember the answer.
-We also recommend using one word instead of two.
