Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, William. We'd be happy to go over how to enroll for Online Banking and check your balance! You can check your balance anytime by using Online Banking. To start the enrollment process, you will need your TD ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, email address and your Social Security number. Next, click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, which will take you to the "Online Banking Sign Up" page. Then select "Personal" or "Business" from the drop down box and select "Submit." You'll then be asked to accept the Online Banking Agreement. The next step will ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. After you've enrolled for Online Banking via www.tdbank.com, you may also check your balance by using TD Bank Mobile App. To download, please visit: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt to input your mobile phone for a text message of the mobile App link. Please note that the username and password that you created for use on your computer is the same username and password for the Mobile Banking App. If you're looking to enroll your Business account for TD Bank BusinessDirect we ask that you visit a TD Bank Store, during lobby hours to sit down with a Customer Service Representative who will help complete the set up process. Since you are outside of the United States, we recommend reaching out to one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518, should you have any issues signing up. Please note the US country code is 1-011. If this is regarding a TD Visa Credit Card, you may contact our Credit Card Specialists while you're outside the United States 24/7 by dialing 706-644-3266. We thank you for taking the time to chat with us on TD Helps, William. So long!
