Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, James.
All written checks are made viewable to your account once each individual check has been cashed or deposited by the payee. We don't offer the ability to add this information to your online account manually at this time, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We can recommend maintaining a ledger to ensure you have a record of all outstanding items on your account at any time.
Once a check has been cashed from your account, we will show the image of the check on your online transaction list for 60 days. If you are signed up for paperless statements and need to look for your checks outside the last 60 days of activity, check images should have been included on the last page of your statements (for any month in which your account was paperless) and you may view them by selecting the "Statements" tab. If you do not have paperless statements or do not wish to enroll for paperless statements, you may still request to have your check images included in your future monthly statements. Please note that there may be fees for this service. Please take a look at our Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Please note; you may also view the check numbers, amounts and posting dates under the Checks Paid section on your monthly statements regardless of whether your account is enrolled in paperless statements or not.
If you have any further questions regarding outstanding payments, feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You are also welcome to visit us at a TD Store. Check http://bit.ly/TDStores for TD Bank Store hours and locations near you.
Let us know if you have any other questions, James. We hope you enjoy the rest of you day and please keep in touch.
