Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question, Terry! We'll be glad to answer any questions you may have about ATM withdrawals.
We'd like to let you know that the daily ATM limit can be found in our Personal Account Agreement. Please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 43 & 44) to review the ATM limits. With that being said, if you would like a 24 hour limit increase, there a couple of ways you may do so.
Since you mentioned that you live in Sebring, the closest Store to you is located in Lake Placid. Click here: http://bit.ly/1xhfIuc for the hours and contact information for this Store. You may visit this Store during lobby hours and one of our Banking Specialists can request a limit increase for you.
Another option you have is to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or send us a secured message requesting the limit increase. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. In your message please include the following information:
Subject: Limit Increase
Debit/ATM Card Number
Contact Telephone Number
Amount of increase or decrease
Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM
If you have access to a fax machine, you may send us a request via fax to: our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138, and please include the same information for the secured message option along with your signature. Please note that your request can take up to 2 hours to process.
Typically, grocery stores and pharmacies do allow you to obtain cash back from your purchase. This a great option if you are unable to visit a TD Bank during lobby hours.
We hope this information is useful and please let us know if you have any questions, Terry! Take care and have a great week.
