cash but I don't want to deposit it until the money that was stolen is returned into my account. Will I be able to just cash my check and be on my way b? I have an account at your bank but my card information was recently stolen and now my account is negative. I have a check I would like to cash but I don't want to deposit it until the money that was stolen from me is returned. So will I be able to come in and cash a check from another bank and be on my way being that the fraduaont charges you let go through are not my fault and now I'm waiting on my money to be returned

We'd like to let you know that if the check you have is drawn on TD Bank, you may be able to cash it when you visit us at a Store. If the check is not drawn on TD, you may cash a check with us as long as you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the amount of the check. If not, it would be necessary to deposit the item and access the funds once the check has been made available for withdrawal.
