In reply to Gabriela, Philadelphia
Thanks for reaching out to us, Gabriela. We'll be glad to provide you with details on how to request a new debit card.
If your account does not currently reflect your address in Mexico, to request a new debit card to be sent to an alternative address, we ask that you send us a secure message via www.tdbank.com. To do so you must first login to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side of the page, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. In order to process your request via secure message for your debit card to be mailed to an address other than what is on file, we ask that you include the following information in you secure message:
Address to where the card should be mailed
Do you want your card to be sent Fed Ex
Please include the following statement “I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once we receive your reply with this information, we will be able to process your request.
If you have not enrolled and would like to, we ask that you contact our Banking Specialists from Mexico 24/7 at 1-856-751-9000 or call collect by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518, from a land line phone.
We hope this helps, Gabriela and enjoy the rest of your day.
