Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Raul. We'd be happy to help.
As your son is at the age of 13 and is considered a minor, there are two options available depending on the amount and type of the check.
If the check is written to your son for under $300, you may deposit the check into your account at any TD Store. Because he is a minor, an Endorsement Authorization & Release Form is not needed. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to confirm the Store hours and locations closest to you. However; since you mention that your son is a minor, if the check is over $300 or if the check is a government or insurance check, it can only be deposited into an account where the Payee of the check (your son) is listed as a signer.
If the check is over $300 and your son does not already have a bank account, you may wish to reach out to the TD Store you mentioned to inquire about opening an account with him. As a minor, he would need an accompanying adult or Custodian to open an account with. If you're unsure of the Store's contact information, please use the link above to find their hours and phone number.
We hope this helps Raul and please let us know if you have any other questions. Enjoy your day.
