Hi Laura! Thanks for coming to TD Helps today.
We'd be happy to help direct you to accessing the funds in your account.
Depending on the type of savings account you have with us, you may use an ATM card or passbook to withdrawal funds. But regardless of your account type, we can always help with account access in one of our Stores with photo ID. We should also be able to order you a new ATM card or passbook, if necessary. Just stop in to see us anytime during lobby hours. To find hours and locations for TD Bank Stores near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you're unable to visit us in person, give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We'd be happy to take a look at your account and advise you how you can access your funds. We may also be able to order an ATM card mailed to your address on file as long as your account type allows for it.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Laura. Have a great week!
