maintenance fee. I have an account at TD with my son. My question is can I have TD take over that account with the direct deposit or does the person making the direct deposit have to do the paperwork to change accounts?

Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Marina. We would be happy to help provide information regarding your inquiry.
To receive direct deposit in your TD Account, you would need to connect with the Sender and provide them with your account information. Information needed is as follows:
-Your Name as it is shown on your account.
-Type of account you have
If this happens to be an Employer that is sending the direct deposit, we invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6 , where you can view and print our already prepared Direct Deposit Authorization Form. Once you print it, just fill in your personal information and hand the completed form to your Employer and they'll do the rest!
If you have any other questions, please feel free to call us at 888-751-9000. We are available 24/7 and would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
We hope this helps and have a great day!
