Thank you for considering refinancing your car with us, Daniel. Here at TD Helps we are happy to provide you with information on how to do so.
You have the option to refinance your car on your own as a personal loan, or you may also refinance it through your dealership.
If you would like to apply for a TD Bank auto loan (a personal loan) you may do so online, over the phone, or at a Store near you. For a used car you will need to provide the complete VIN number, the model, the year, and the millage of the vehicle. Please keep in mind that we only offer auto loans on vehicles with models years 2010 or newer.
To apply online and to view more information about TD Bank auto loans, such as rates and terms, please visit: http://bit.ly/1riLVM5 . You may also contact our Financial Service Group over the phone 24/7 at 800-937-5020 to speak to a Financing Specialist. Or if you prefer, you're welcome to visit a TD Bank Store near you, for hours and locations check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores .
If you are interested on using TD Bank Auto Finance (through the dealership), you will need to contact your dealership to see if TD Bank Auto Finance is within their network. If so, per your request, your dealership and TD Bank Auto Finance will connect directly to refinance your car.
Thanks again for contacting us, Daniel and please let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great day!

While we no longer offer auto loans through TD Bank, we do service our Customers with existing auto loans. Since we're no longer offering auto loans, we can offer the option of applying for a personal or Home Equity Loan to pay off your existing auto loan. You may be able to achieve a better rate and monthly payment with one of these loans. To check out our current personal loans, please click here: https://go.td.com/2vyiEHh. If you have equity in your home, you may want to consider a Home Equity Loan or Line of Credit. For info on how a Home Equity Loan or Line of Credit can help with debit consolidation, as well as the accounts we're currently offering, please click here: https://go.td.com/2uNGFp3. From both of these pages, you can check out the specifics on each account, what the rate may be, and even apply online.
We'd be happy to speak with you about your needs and see if we can match you up with the right loan to help with your rate and payments. Please give Financial Solutions Group a call 24/7 at 800-793-5020 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope this info helps, Joseph. Have a great weekend!
