I have the app for online banking on my phone for my person checking account. I opened a business checking account 2 days ago for my new LLC. Why doesn't it appear as one of the accounts on the home page?

It sounds like you have a business account that you are looking to add to your personal online profile.
If you're the only signer on the business we ask that you contact us directly at 800-493-7562, option 2. If you are not the only signer on the business account, we must receive a signed, written authorization from each authorized signer on the business account. You may bring this information to your nearest TD Bank or fax this authorization to 1-856-533-7647.
Please provide the following information in your fax:
- Account number
- A brief statement requesting your business account to be accessed under your personal User Name and Password
- The printed names and signatures of all authorized signers on the account
Another option will be adding your personal account to your business Online Banking, if you are currently using BusinessDirect. In order to do so, you will need to visit your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours to submit this request in person.
