I have an auto loan and I am having difficulty assuming the equity and loan as my husband has passed - can you assist?

If the Auto loan is with TD Bank NA, please visit your nearest TD Bank location during lobby hours with a copy of the death certificate and Appointment of Personal Representative or Executor paperwork to have the loan updated.
Please note, if your Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, please contact a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday 8:00am to 7:00 pm at 1-800-556-8172 to help you.
