If you're unable to update your new address online, we recommend reaching out to us directly for assistance. To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000.
If you prefer, you are also able to send us a secure message to update this information. . To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Another option you have is to mail in your request. Our mailing address for a change of address request is: TD Bank, NA 6000 Atrium Way Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215. Please make sure to include your signature along with your request.
