Having access to cash is important Equasia, and we totally understand! We'd be glad to help.
You're able to request a debit card be mailed to the address we have on file for you by connecting with a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After a few verification questions, they'd be glad to order a debit card for your account.
You can also sign in to Online/Mobile Banking to send a secure message to request a debit card. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located by selecting Account Options followed by Account Services. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in. In your message, be sure to include your name, account number or Social Security Number and address.
Keep in mind that debit cards requested over the phone or via secure message may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
Our Tellers are able to help you make a withdrawal from your account at a TD Store. Though our Tellers are unable to accept an expired ID, we do accept secondary IDs. Please review our secondary IDs below:
-U.S. Passport Card with Photo
-Alien Registration Card with Photo
-City Issued ID with Photo and Signature
-College ID with Photo
-Employment ID with Photo and Signature
-Enhanced Tribal Card or Native American Tribal Photo ID Card
-Firearms Permit with Photo
-Foreign Driver's License with Photo
-Foreign (non-US) Passport with Photo
-Permanent Resident Card with Photo
-State Issued Driver's License with Signature — no Photo
-U.S. Birth Certificate
-U.S. Employment Authorization Card with Photo, Signature and Expiration date
-Welfare ID with Photo
