TD Bank offers a few options to set-up an automatic payment; which you may set-up with one of your accounts with us or from another financial institution.
Speaking with one of our Financial Solutions Specialists will allow you to place a request for ACH/direct debits. After account verification, they would have the ability to send you an ACH request form through the mail. The External ACH form would be needed to set-up automatic ACH debits from accounts at other financial institutions and the Internal ACH form will be needed for automatic ACH debits from your TD Bank account. This may take up to 10 business days. If you prefer, you could visit us during lobby hours and any Customer Service Representative will be happy to help provide you with the form needed for this request. You also have the option to set-up a recurring transfer via Online Banking. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your Social Security number and your email address. If you do not have the following information needed, you can contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and speak with a Banking Specialist for further assistance. Once you’ve successfully verified and enrolled for Online Banking, you can set up transfers by clicking on the “Transfer” Tab. Choose "Continue to internal transfers" then simply follow steps 1 thru 3 and fill in the information needed. The "From" account would be the account you want the loan payments to come out of. The "To" account should be the loan account you want to set the payments up for. Then select the "Schedule Transfer" option, choosing this option will allow you to set up the date, frequency and End Date for recurring transfers. In the “Frequency” field, you'll have the ability to set how often you want the transfer to be deducted as your loan payment.
