Had I received the statement I would have stopped all of this sooner - but I did not. the account needs to be closed and again, I would like the negative balance waived

To best assist, we recommend reaching out to our IRA/HSA Department directly for help. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm at (800) 597-4437 (Option 3).
You are also able to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store for assistance with closing your account. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Regardless of the method you choose, our Representatives will be glad to determine if fees may be waived for your account and assist you with closing the account.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
