If your account with us is still open, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. We should be able to provide you any information you need about when the overdraft occurred and what specific transactions may have caused the overdraft. You are also welcome to stop in to see us at any TD Bank Store. To find a one near you, please click here: https://www.tdbank.com/net/absearch/.
If your account was closed with an outstanding balance, we recommend reaching out to our Recovery Department at 800-354-9769. They are available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 9PM and on Saturday from 8AM to 5PM. A Recovery Representative should also be able to provide you information about when the overdraft occurred.
