This account was charged off in 2009, and I'm now just finding out about it today from a collection agency. How do i go about disputing this, given the fact that I continue to be a TD Bank customer and have not been informed of this?

They would be able to provide more information and make payment arrangements. Alternatively, you may visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance.
