Welcome to TD Helps, Leonard. We'd be glad to help.
Based on your question, it sounds like you're trying to use our Mobile Deposit feature. In order to use this feature, you must first have an iPhone or Android and you will have to download the Mobile Banking App.
To learn more about the Mobile Banking App visit here: http://bit.ly/1GMIfaj. You're even able to enter your phone number and receive a link to download the Application! Please know that the user name and password used for Mobile Banking is the same as you use online.
Once downloaded, you may deposit checks anytime, anywhere following the below steps:
1. From the Main Menu of the TD Bank Mobile Banking app, select Mobile Deposit, then Deposit a Check
2. Enter the amount of the check
3. Take a photo of the check using your mobile device
4. Select your account
5. Review and submit your deposit
You may wish to note the date on the front of the check and include the word “Deposited”, for your records. Additionally, you may want to keep this for 14 days to ensure it has cleared your account. You are then welcome to destroy the check. We invite you to visit http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information about TD Mobile Deposit.
If you have trouble downloading the App or you're having trouble making a deposit, feel free to reach out to our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 or visit any TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Leonard and have a good day.
