As you mentioned that your Line of Credit was recently established, please note that a loan or line of credit generally becomes available to view online up to 14 business days after closing. This will occur automatically once your line of credit is fully available in our system.
If this time frame has already passed and you're still unable to view your line of credit online, we apologize and are glad to say that we can usually fix this issue quickly and easily for you. If this is the case, please contact a Tech Support Specialist 24/7, so that we can add the account online for you. We can be reached at 800-493-7562.
