Hi Linda. Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question!
It sounds like you may have a TD 50 Plus Checking account. This is not an account we offer any longer, as it was replaced by the TD 60 Plus Checking account. However, we still have many Customers who are grandfathered in with that great account. We're glad you're one of them!
Both the TD 50 Plus Checking and TD 60 Plus Checking accounts include free TD Bank Wallet Checks as a benefit of the account. Please know that these are standard TD branded checks and do not include specialty checks. If you've ordered any of the specialty checks offered by Harland Clark, there may be a charge.
We'd be happy to take a look at your account and recent check orders to confirm that you are in the correct account to receive the waiver, that you haven't been charged for checks, and if so, why.
As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information. Please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store.
