Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Florida. We'd be glad to help you gain access to keep track of your balances online.
Checking your balance online is quick and easy. We'll be happy to walk you through the process.
First and foremost, in order to check your balance online, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists. After you've successfully enrolled, the first page that is displayed will show your accounts with TD and the current balances.
If you'd prefer to go over the enrollment process in person, you may visit any TD Store near you. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Florida, and have a great night.
