Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question, Khadijah. We will be happy to give you the procedures to follow.
As you wrote in that you had a relationship with the cable company, to dispute any charge they made to your account you'll first want to give them a call. It's necessary to check with the merchant for the possibility of a refund before filing a claim with TD Bank.
If you attempt to resolve this with the cable company and you encounter any difficulty or are otherwise unable to get a refund from them, you can then dispute the item with us. Since you mentioned that the charge was made via your debit card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store found here http://bit.ly/TDStores for assistance. When filing a claim, we recommend taking note of who you may have spoken with, the date, and any other information that may be relevant so that we can include it on your claim.
We hope this information helps, Khadijah and have a wonderful evening.
