I have a TD bank Visa credit card and I still have credit available and cash but when I try to make a withdraw or a purchase my credit card has been declined. Why? Has it something to do with my pending transactions?

A credit card could decline for any number of reasons, so we'd be happy to take a look at what might be causing this with your card and hopefully get it resolved right away.
