We understand technical issues can be frustrating and are sorry to hear you’re having trouble going paperless!
If you are experiencing difficulties adding your contact information while on the "Update Online Statement Settings" page, try adding your contact information first then revisit the "Update Online Statement Settings" page. You can do this by: clicking the "Alerts" tab at the top of your page, scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking "Add a contact" under the "Manage your Contacts" section. Once your contact information has been added, click the "Online Statement Settings" tab on the left of your page under "Help & Related Tasks" to revisit the "Update Online Statement Settings" page where your newly added information should show.
We would like to take this opportunity to also let you know that www.tdbank.com is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If you are not using the newest version of either of these browsers, you may want to update it. Additionally, we recommend trying to use a different browser if the issue persists.
