I have tried both your numbers to no avail as they are cut off from here in the Gambia, W. Africa. I have also called my local branch in Waterville, ME and all 4 posssible extensions are it appears on permanent recorded messages. The actual problem is relatively simple. I need to have someone unblock my account access, which was caused by my typing in a wrong answer to a question regarding a pet owned. Despite attempts at correcting this info my acct became blocked. I urgently need to have it unblocke, so as to be able to make a transfer. If this can be done online, wonderful.

Given the specific situation, the account would have to be unlocked via telephone by one of our Banking Specialists. If you are unable to reach out to us using the 1-856-751-9000 number, please use the second telephone number provided with a land line telephone, 1-215-569-0518, which is collect. Please note that the telephone that you are using to contact us on that line cannot be a US telephone number (cell phone) but must be a local land line phone. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The US country code is 1-011.
