We hope you're doing well, Henry and thanks for reaching out to us today. We're sorry for any confusion and would be happy to provide some information for you.
With some of our accounts, there is a minimum daily balance required in order to avoid monthly maintenance fees. If your account falls below the required minimum balance within your statement cycle period, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle. You're welcome to review our Checking Accounts here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF, and our Savings products are listed here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT. You may be able to locate your account type to determine the daily minimum that is needed for that account.
Because we do not have access to your personal information as this is considered an unsecured forum, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and a Customer Service Representative would be happy to review your account with you.
If you'd prefer, you also have the option of sending a Secured Message through Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to be, please click here to begin: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a Message."
You may also visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours for assistance as well. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find location near you.
We notice that you're reaching out to us from Canada Henry, so just in case you were referring to an account you have up North at TD Canada Trust, feel free to submit your question through their TD Helps page here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr and our partners would be happy to assist you.
Please let us know what other questions you have, Henry and take care.
