As you mentioned that you haven't been able to access the content of the message we sent you, this sounds like it may be an issue with the browser in use. We'd first recommend that you clear the cache and cookies, and disable any plug-ins and restore your browser defaults. If this doesn't correct the problem and you're not using the newest version of your browser, we also suggest making this update. If the issue persists after updating the version, we'd recommend that you try using a different browser altogether to open the document.
