PopMoney.com. The most recent payment was processed through a different organization. In both instances it was necessary to create a profile through those organizations in order to receive the payments. Has TD Bank changed anything that would cause this new processing?

We understand your concern, Ada. We'd be glad to discuss.
Please know that TD Bank no longer uses PopMoney for our online transfers. We've updated to our new transfer option, Send Money.
With this service, any contacts that our Customers created using Online Banking were saved to be used as Send Money recipients for the convenience of our Customers.
